BTUFit provides educational sizing estimates from published rules of thumb. It is not engineering advice, not a Manual J load calculation, and not a substitute for a licensed HVAC professional's judgment. Real loads depend on construction details this site cannot see. Electrical and refrigerant work are regulated trades; local codes and permit requirements outrank anything written here.
